Order Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are processed and dispatched from the UK. Please note that dispatch time is the time it takes for us to prepare your order, and shipping time is the time Royal Mail takes to deliver it to you.

Our dispatch times vary depending on the product:

Standard (Ready‑to‑Ship) Orders

We aim to process and dispatch all ready‑to‑ship orders within 1–2 business days.

Custom & Made‑to‑Order Items

As these items are created especially for you, please allow 4–7 business days for us to create and dispatch your order.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. Dispatch times may be longer during peak sale seasons or holidays.

Domestic UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail, using the service that best matches the value of your order.

Orders Under £50

Shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Small Parcel

• Delivery aim: Next working day

• Fully tracked from dispatch to delivery

• Compensation up to £150

• Flat rate: £4.99

Orders Over £50

All orders over £50 qualify for FREE shipping. The service used depends on the value of your order:

• Orders up to £150 ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24

• Orders over £150 ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Guaranteed)

  • Fully tracked

  • Signature required

  • Compensation up to £750

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Special Delivery orders require a signature upon arrival. If you are not home, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
