Refund, Adjustment & Repair Policy

Thank you for supporting my handmade jewellery. Each piece is crafted with care, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is my policy regarding adjustments, repairs, and faulty-item returns — designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with UK consumer legislation.

Returns for Faulty Items

I accept returns only for faulty items, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your jewellery arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Adjustments

Because each piece is handcrafted and often one‑of‑a‑kind, I do not offer exchanges. However, if your jewellery needs a small fit or size adjustment (for example, a necklace sitting too tight or too loose), I’m always happy to help. Please get in touch and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

Not eligible for return or exchange:

• earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• custom-made or personalised items

• one‑of‑a‑kind items returned due to change of mind

• final-sale items.   

  Repairs

  Complimentary Repairs

  If a manufacturing fault arises within 6 months of purchase, I will repair the item free of charge.

  Extended Support

  After 6 months, I may still be able to assist with repairs. Please get in touch to discuss options and any applicable fees.

  Limitations

  Repairs do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or unauthorised alterations.  

  How to Request a Faulty-Item Return, Adjustment, or Repair

  Please email me at [your email address] with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item (if applicable)

  I aim to respond within 3 working days.

  
  

  Shipping Costs

  • For faulty items, I cover return postage.

  • For adjustments or non-fault repairs, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. 

    Your Legal Rights

    This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. While I offer complimentary repairs within 6 months, UK law allows claims for faulty goods for up to six years (five years in Scotland), provided the fault can be shown to have existed at the time of purchase.
