I accept returns only for faulty items, in line with UK consumer law.
Because each piece is handcrafted and often one‑of‑a‑kind, I do not offer exchanges. However, if your jewellery needs a small fit or size adjustment, I’m always happy to help — just get in touch and I’ll guide you through the next steps.
Earrings, custom‑made pieces, personalised items, and final‑sale items are not eligible for return.

Yes — complimentary repairs are offered for manufacturing faults within 6 months. After 6 months, repairs may still be possible (fees may apply).
