Do you ship internationally

At this time, I ship within the UK only.

Will I receive tracking

Yes — all orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed, and you will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I accept returns only for faulty items, in line with UK consumer law.

Because each piece is handcrafted and often one‑of‑a‑kind, I do not offer exchanges. However, if your jewellery needs a small fit or size adjustment, I’m always happy to help — just get in touch and I’ll guide you through the next steps.

Earrings, custom‑made pieces, personalised items, and final‑sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer repairs

Yes — complimentary repairs are offered for manufacturing faults within 6 months. After 6 months, repairs may still be possible (fees may apply).

Your Legal Rights

This policy aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty items may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund for up to six years (five in Scotland), provided the fault existed at purchase.
